Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence - Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner - Perform data entry, manage files, and update records as needed - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor - Knowledge of plumbing or service business office procedures is a plus Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
