Responsibilities:
Greet all clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally and politely including taking a proper phone message.
Includes checking phone messages in general voicemail inbox and forwarding to appropriate party.
Manage and maintain physical and electronic files Manage the office calendar.
Schedule appointments, calls and other activities via the shared office Outlook calendar.
Data Entry into Retail CRM.
Maintain office equipment.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail including post office runs.
Assist with organizing marketing events.
Run occasional errands such as picking up lunch orders, create raffle/gift baskets, etc.
Keep all office areas clean and orderly.
Assists other administrative positions as requested.
Required Skills &
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in an office setting Proficient with Windows based software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Must be dependable and punctual Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
