Responsibilities:
- Review and process IEP/504 paperwork from sending schools to help ensure proper placement and support in career and technical education programs.
Collect and distribute information regarding special education students and their accommodations/modifications needed to instructors.
Assist students with quizzes, tests, and assignments as needed.
Collaborate with instructors to modify assessments and/or assignments to meet the needs of special education students.
Coordinate with instructors feedback for case managers for IEP meetings.
Substitute in classrooms as needed Create new student accounts within Google for all first year students.
Delete former IVVC students Google accounts.
Facilitate, coordinate, and schedule Chromebook usage among individual students as well as entire classrooms.
Assist Director and Assistant Director with various tasks as needed.
Establish and maintain a professional and positive working relationship with students and home school personnel.
Maintain confidentiality.
Manage all required student paperwork and files Any other duties assigned by the Director Job Type:
